The December Community Bulletin Board

Posted on November 29, 2023 by corinnegaston91@gmail.com

Tap into local opportunities happening around Tulsa this holiday season!

The holiday season is in full swing in Tulsa! The festive lights are up at both the Philbrook and the Botanic Garden. Party invitations are finding their ways into neighbors’ mailboxes. The Christmas tree farms near Owasso are packed with families looking for that perfect noble fir. Less excitingly: The Little Drummer Boy has been playing on loop at T.J. Maxx for the past month, Thanksgiving be damned.

There’s plenty to do in Tulsa during this time of year and it’s a wonderful time to support local businesses during your gift shopping, or experience the holiday celebrations of nearby towns like Sapulpa’s Route 66 Christmas Chute.

I’m heading to Bentonville for the last chance (ever) to experience the Listening Forest at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art before the winter cold truly sets it. After that, I’m planning my birthday party, which will most likely be a Bad Wig Dinner Party at a nice spot in town. Fun for my friends and me, entertainment for everyone else in the restaurant.

We’re looking for the scoop on the most anticipated New Year’s Eve celebrations. Drop them below in the comments so I can share in the next community bulletin board!

The Tulsa Community Bulletin Board: December 2023
